About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will be the first point of contact for AMLHUB’s growing client base. You will handle inbound calls and inbox queries, support customers through onboarding, manage support tickets, and work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure every interaction lands well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and manage inbox queries promptly and professionally
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process from initial contact to successful setup
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex or technical matters to the right internal team
  • Monitor and manage support tickets within agreed service levels
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Compliance, and Product teams to resolve issues

Key attributes needed

  • 2–3 years minimum in a customer-facing role; high-volume environment essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable with CRM and support ticketing systems
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, financial services, or compliance a plus – but not essential
