About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Village Lifestyle Coordinator at our beautiful

Richard Hadlee Retirement Village In Christchurch. This is a Full Time position working Tuesday to Saturday 0830-1700. This role is set to commence at the end of Septemeber 2026.

In this role you will:

• Plan and deliver activities for Independent Residents, encouraging active participation and enjoyment
• Promote resident happiness, wellbeing, and quality of life
• Work closely with the Activities Team, village departments and functions
