As a Recreation Centre Assistant, you will provide frontline support to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment, helping members with fitness guidance while maintaining a professional presence.

Working within a supportive team, you will contribute to the smooth daily operation of the centre by supporting programmes, maintaining facilities and equipment, and upholding health, safety, and presentation standards. Reliable and adaptable, you will also be comfortable working independently and contributing to a positive team culture and continuous improvement.

  • Deliver high-quality frontline customer service
  • Support daily operations and programme delivery
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and presentation
  • Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team

You bring

  • Experience in a gym, recreation, or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of gym equipment and safe exercise practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts
