We have an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and efficient Sales Support to join our team to provide support to the Mobility Sales team with the administration and coordination of sales processes, documentation and reporting for the Mobility product portfolio. You will also actively undertake customer sales engagement activities, including sales calls, promoting internal sales opportunities and cross selling AA Mobility products.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

  • Undertake inbound sales services including taking calls, providing marketing material, pricing, and following up with potential customers
  • Undertake customer relationship management activities for existing customer base, including confirming existing cover as well as exploring opportunities to cross sell AA Mobility products including driver training, batteries and roadside services
  • Provide proactive support to the sales team in the coordination of sales information, contract generation and sales reporting
  • Provide exceptional customer service to potential and existing clients, escalating issues to the Sales Manager as needed
  • Support the end-to-end onboarding of new clients, maintaining accurate records within the CRM and associated systems and liaising with the wider Sales, Contract and Accounts Management team to ensure new customer needs are met seamlessly
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Management team, including the coordination of information for report writing

About You | Mōu

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably within the auto industry
  • Experience in sales techniques
  • Relevant business-related qualification is preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, while contributing to team-wide efforts
