We’re representing a high-performing, well-respected specialist in the SaaS, digital, and technology recruitment space. They’re looking for a Senior Consultant who can take ownership of both new and existing clients, someone confident owning the full relationship, writing winning RFPs, and working closely with a strong delivery team that consistently delivers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning and growing key SaaS and digital client relationships across New Zealand and occasionally beyond
• Writing compelling proposals, responding to briefs, and delivering high-quality talent solutions
• Partnering closely with the delivery team to exceed client expectations
• Bringing in new business naturally, no scripts, just authentic relationship-building
• Elevating brand presence in the market while having some fun along the way
