The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager with a strong hunter mindset to join our Foodservice team.
This is a high-energy sales role where you’ll take ownership of your territory and focus on winning new business, growing existing accounts and unlocking new distribution opportunities across cafés, bakeries, dairies, restaurants and wholesalers.
You’ll be out in the market building relationships, identifying opportunities and turning conversations into sales — representing some of New Zealand’s most trusted food brands.

What you will do
- Actively hunt for new business opportunities across your territory
- Grow existing customer accounts and increase product range
- Build strong relationships with foodservice and retail customers
- Identify gaps, convert opportunities and drive territory sales growth
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently deliver against targets
- Work closely with internal teams to maximise customer success
- Use CRM tools and insights to track activity and performance
What you will bring
- Proven sales experience (Foodservice or FMCG experience highly desirable)
- Strong hunter mindset with a track record of winning new business
- Confidence-building relationships and closing deals
- High energy, resilience and a results-driven attitude
- Strong organisation and territory management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Full NZ driver’s licence and willingness to travel
