Our Business Lending Operations team plays a vital role in supporting Kiwibank’s frontline and Business Banking teams. In this role, you will be providing critical support to our Business Banking Managers with managing loan documentation, settlements, securities, and lending maintenance processes.

You will work with a range of internal stakeholders and handle customer queries, compliance matters, and other challenges to deliver seamless solutions. You will also get involved in team-wide improvements and exciting technology initiatives.

• Previous background in lending, a banking contact centre, or branch environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Confidence navigating multiple systems and learning new technology.
• Solid experience in administration and managing documentation.
