The Opportunity

We need a hands-on Recruitment Coordinator to step in and support our client through a busy period. You will be welcomed and part of a great People and Culture team.

You will need to be someone who can easily step in to support with end to end recruitment processes, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application through to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Coordinating end to end recruitment processes
  • Posting job advertisements across relevant platforms
  • Preparing offer letters and employment agreements
  • Supporting recruitment and selection administration
  • Managing pre-employment checks including police vetting
  • Maintaining recruitment systems and HR records
  • Monitoring and managing the recruitment inbox
  • Providing general administrative support to the P&C team

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a Recruitment, Talent or HR Coordinator role
  • Confidence managing recruitment processes from start to finish
  • organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
