The Opportunity
We need a hands-on Recruitment Coordinator to step in and support our client through a busy period. You will be welcomed and part of a great People and Culture team.
You will need to be someone who can easily step in to support with end to end recruitment processes, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Coordinating end to end recruitment processes
- Posting job advertisements across relevant platforms
- Preparing offer letters and employment agreements
- Supporting recruitment and selection administration
- Managing pre-employment checks including police vetting
- Maintaining recruitment systems and HR records
- Monitoring and managing the recruitment inbox
- Providing general administrative support to the P&C team
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a Recruitment, Talent or HR Coordinator role
- Confidence managing recruitment processes from start to finish
- organisational skills and attention to detail
- Communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
