Due to the business development needs of Denza in New Zealand, "denza partners" are officially recruited to join in-store operations and jointly start the brand's development chapter in new markets.

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our dealership’s used car department. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of operations, drive profitability, manage inventory, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Re Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the used vehicle department.
• Source, appraise, price, and manage inventory with accuracy and diligence.
• Achieve strong gross profit, sales volume, and finance penetration.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to exceed established targets.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experience standards.
• Adhere to compliance with New Zealand consumer laws and dealership policies.

• Demonstrated success in automotive sales management, particularly in used vehicles.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to build and inspire teams.
