We're looking for experienced customer service professionals ready to step into a more advice led role within our Life and Investment Centre. You'll support our Members with their Life and Disability insurance and investment needs, delivering high‑quality advice and service through phone and email.
In this role, you'll manage your own portfolio of members - supporting them with their Life and Disability and investment needs and helping them make confident financial decisions. You'll combine high quality advice with genuine care, delivering experiences that make a real difference.
You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Members, delivering exceptional experiences through quality, phone‑based advice. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in the advice space and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our Life and Investment Centre.
This is a permanent position based in Wellington
What You'll Bring To The Role
- Maintain and strengthen your portfolio of members through proactive, advice-led engagement
- Deliver high quality phone based advice, with a focus on retention and long term value
- Lead meaningful conversations to understand Member needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Support a range of life and investment queries with clear, confident guidance by phone and email
- Prepare tailored written advice that is straightforward and easy for Members to act on
- Continuously look for ways to improve how we support members and deliver better outcome
- Complete biennial reviews to ensure each member's covers remain suitable and up to date
- Champion the MAS brand by building strong, trusted relationships and clearly communicating our value proposition
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Life and Disability and/or investments
- Confidence in sales, retention and building lasting relationships
- The ability to translate complexity into clear, practical guidelines for members
- A proactive mindset with a focus on Member outcomes, not just activity
- Hold knowledge about Life and Investment policies, packages and understand risk and compliance as it relates to the insurance and investment industry
