About The Role

You will work closely with Project Managers, delivery teams, and key stakeholders to coordinate project activities, maintain governance standards, manage reporting, and ensure successful project outcomes.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ Project/Programme Coordination experience in NZ
• Strong knowledge of project governance and delivery frameworks
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong financial tracking and reporting capability
• Advanced experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Proactive, organised, and able to work autonomously
• Banking or Financial Services experience highly desirable
