About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high‑quality, proactive administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) within our Executive Leadership Team.
Reporting to the CEO and leading a busy executive support team, you will play a key role in enabling leaders to operate effectively. You will manage complex diaries, coordinating meetings and events, preparing documentation, and acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Act as a trusted “go to” point of contact for the CEO and CFO anticipating needs and ensuring things run smoothly
- Leading and supporting a small team of Executive Assistants
- Providing end‑to‑end executive support, including complex diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Drafting, editing, and proofreading correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Meeting coordination (including preparation of agenda, minutes, presentations and supporting documentation) for executive, board and committee meetings
- Supporting off‑sites events and meetings
- Managing expenses, invoices, and administrative processes
- Acting as a professional liaison between executives and internal & external stakeholders (including international group partners)
- Supporting projects and initiatives, tracking deadlines and deliverables
About you
You are a seasoned or senior Executive Assistant who takes ownership, uses initiative, and enjoys solving problems, helping senior leaders operate at their best.
You are also proactive, organised and naturally curious, with a strong sense of responsibility and a flexible, can-do approach. You work well with a wide range of personalities and communicate with confidence, comfortable speaking up, offering ideas, and respectfully challenging when it matters. Calm under pressure, you can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional attributes that may help you succeed in the role:
- 5+ years’ experience providing executive support to senior executives, ideally in a fast faced global corporate or professional services environment
- Leadership experience desirable, but not mandatory
- Experience as an EA in Financial Services or another regulated industry preferred
- Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Copilot, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging at senior levels
- Highly organised with strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgement
- A proactive mindset, with the confidence to respectfully challenge and support senior leaders to achieve the best outcomes
- Resilient and adaptable, enjoys working with ambiguity and challenges in a fast paced environment
