The Opportunity
This is a highly analytical role where you’ll work at the intersection of data, pricing, and regulation. You’ll support the development of pricing models, contribute to revenue forecasting, and ensure billing accuracy - playing a key part in how electricity pricing is set and delivered.
The role provides exposure across finance, commercial, and regulatory teams, and involves translating regulatory requirements into pricing models and outputs.
You’ll support pricing, billing, and revenue activities while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Preparing, analysing, and validating large data sets to support pricing decisions
- Developing and maintaining well-documented, auditable pricing models to support regulatory review and internal governance
- Supporting the annual price-setting process within regulatory frameworks
- Forecasting revenue and billable quantities for planning and reporting
- Analysing the impact of pricing changes and providing insights
- Supporting billing processes and revenue assurance activities
- Assisting with regulatory reporting and compliance requirements
- Providing analytical support to internal stakeholders and external partners
About You
You’re a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys working with data and solving complex problems. You take a structured and methodical approach, are comfortable working within defined regulatory frameworks, and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality outputs.

You will bring
- A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics)
- 1–3 years’ experience in an analytical, finance, or data-focused role
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
- A methodical, logical approach with strong attention to detail
- Confidence working across teams and communicating insights clearly
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to continuous improvement
- Experience in pricing, modelling, or regulated environment is desirable
- Exposure to tools such as Power BI or similar
