Te Tūranga i The Role

The Marketing Executive is responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple paid media and owned channels. The role is a six-month fixed term contract and supports the successful delivery of campaign activity by managing creative briefing processes, coordinating asset production and dispatch, maintaining delivery timelines, and ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule.

Working closely with internal teams, key stakeholders, external agencies and media suppliers, the role plays a key part in enabling seamless campaign processes and delivering high-quality marketing activity that supports broader business and brand objectives.

NGĀ HAEPAPA | ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaign execution across brand, content and promotional activity.
• Brief creative teams on campaign asset requirements, timelines and deliverables.
• Manage the approval, dispatch and delivery of campaign assets across paid media and owned channels.
• Ensure all campaign materials are accurate, on-brand and delivered on time.
• Maintain campaign timelines, status trackers and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with internal teams, agencies and external partners to ensure smooth campaign rollout.
• Support the setup and coordination of promotional activity and marketing collateral.
• Assist with campaign reporting, post-campaign administration and performance tracking.
• Manage approvals and feedback processes with key stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the marketing team e.g. budget tracking, reporting, raising POs, processing invoices etc.

• Intermediate Microsoft Office in Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• NCEA Level 3 English and Maths or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
