As Regional Manager South Island, you’ll lead performance, capability, and engagement across a geographically dispersed branch network. You’ll take our Retail Distribution strategy and bring it to life across your region, ensuring leaders and teams are aligned, supported, and set up to succeed. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the bank, using regional insights to shape decision making while maintaining disciplined, high-quality frontline delivery.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring senior leadership experience within a large, complex retail, sales, or and service environment, with oversight of multiple locations or regions.
You will have proven experience with:
- Translating strategy into clear, practical execution at a regional level
- Confidence leading through change, while maintaining engagement, performance, and stability
- Using data and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Building and leading high performing leadership teams while balancing customer, performance, risk, and cost outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
- Operating in regulated environments, with sound risk and compliance awareness
- Being curious and challenging the status quo
