Senior Design Engineer - Reticulation

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join our Reticulation Design & Engineering team.

Working across overhead and underground reticulation projects, you'll provide technical leadership, project management, and engineering expertise to deliver high-quality solutions for our customers. You'll play a key role in mentoring engineers, supporting project delivery, and driving innovation across the business.

You'll be involved in:

• Leading the design and delivery of complex reticulation projects
• Providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Managing project scope, budgets, programmes, and customer requirements
• Supporting design estimates, pricing, and project variations
• Mentoring engineers and contributing to team capability and development
• Driving continuous improvement and engineering best practice initiatives

About You
