We're looking for a Retail Manager - Tourism to own our merchandise and retail operations across Queenstown, Fiordland, and Rakiura. This is a role with real breadth as you'll be shaping the merchandise range, building supplier relationships, coaching frontline teams, and making sure every retail moment reflects the magic of the places we operate in. You'll work closely with the Head of Retail and teams who care deeply about what they do.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of retail experience, either in tourism, hospitality, or a guest-facing environment
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Experience in merchandise and souvenir product development is an advantage
• Strong commercial acumen - you understand budgets, margins, and retail fundamentals
• A genuine passion for extraordinary guest experiences and quality product
• A degree in Commerce similar is a bonus, but not essential
