The role

The search landscape is evolving fast! We’re looking for a hands-on SEO Manager who is excited about shaping SEO strategy and driving real results alongside 2 Senior SEO experts. With AI-driven search, new content experiences and constantly changing algorithms, this is your chance to grow your skills and make a big impact in a fast-moving environment. This is a brand-new role - perfect for someone looking to take their SEO career to the next level.

What you will do at Together

• Support SEO strategy & execution: Work with the team to develop and implement SEO strategies that improve visibility, traffic and engagement.
• Optimise across channels: Help optimise technical SEO, content and user experience across web platforms.
• Learn and innovate: Keep up to date with AI-powered search tools, SEO trends and new ways to improve performance.
• Collaborate with teams: Work closely with content, marketing and product teams (both internal and client-side) to ensure SEO is integrated into broader strategies.

What you will to bring to Team Together:

• SEO experience: 3-4 years with hands-on experience in technical SEO, content optimisation & web analytics. Retail or multi-brand experience is a plus.
• Tools & technical skills: Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog and a curiosity for AI-powered SEO tools.
• Content & growth mindset: Interest in crafting user-focused content and working on strategies that grow traffic and engagement.

Location

This role is based in our inspiring new office on the waterfront in Westhaven.
