- Ensure the programme remains aligned to broader business priorities

You understand how software engineering and product teams operate and can confidently partner with technical leaders on capability development, learning pathways and future talent needs.
You'll also understand how the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) influences learning pathways, performance expectations and career growth for junior technical talent.
You'll bring:
- Experience owning or managing graduate, early careers or junior talent programmes
- Strong programme management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with technical stakeholders and Product & Technology teams
- An understanding of how technology organisations operate
- Curiosity about future capability needs, AI and workforce development

- Flexible hybrid working
- Additional leave benefits
- Strong wellbeing and health benefits
- Inclusive employee communities and resource groups
- High visibility across Product, Engineering and People leadership
- Opportunity to influence a strategically important programme with executive sponsorship
