About The Role
You’ll work closely with a diverse client base, providing high‑level business and financial advice while leading and mentoring a talented team. This role combines technical excellence with strategic, forward‑looking advisory — ideal for someone ready to step into greater leadership and influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering expert business, structuring and financial advice
- Leading client engagements and building trusted relationships
- Identifying challenges and delivering tailored solutions
- Reviewing work to ensure technical quality and accuracy
- Staying across industry and regulatory developments
- Coaching and developing team members
About You
- 8+ years’ Business Advisory experience in a NZ CA firm
- CA qualified (or equivalent) with a relevant degree
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability
- Confident, proactive and client‑focused
- Motivated to progress to Partnership
