About The Role

You’ll work closely with a diverse client base, providing high‑level business and financial advice while leading and mentoring a talented team. This role combines technical excellence with strategic, forward‑looking advisory — ideal for someone ready to step into greater leadership and influence.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering expert business, structuring and financial advice
• Leading client engagements and building trusted relationships
• Identifying challenges and delivering tailored solutions
• Reviewing work to ensure technical quality and accuracy
• Staying across industry and regulatory developments
• Coaching and developing team members

About You

• 8+ years’ Business Advisory experience in a NZ CA firm
• CA qualified (or equivalent) with a relevant degree
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability
• Confident, proactive and client‑focused
• Motivated to progress to Partnership
