Delivery Operational Manager

Pojewal Ltd is looking for a Delivery Operations Manager for the Auckland region. Only New Zealand citizens, residents, or those on open work visas may apply if they have relevant three years of work experience.

Wages will be paid fortnightly $30-$35/hour into their nominated bank account. Overtime will be paid at $30-$35/hour after each extra hour worked at the end of the week.

Number of hours per week: 30-35 hours/week

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, between 6 am - 6 pm as flexibly required by the employer and with weekend availability.

The Delivery Operations Manager plans, organises, directs and controls all delivery operations, including staff, vehicles, routes, and performance metrics, to ensure efficient, safe and profitable courier services.

• Work with suppliers to ensure reliable, cost‑effective operational support.

• Ensure compliance with transport, health and safety and employment requirements.

• Maintain and enforce safety procedures, investigate incidents and manage corrective actions.

• Oversee scheduling, routing and dispatch to ensure on‑time deliveries and efficient vehicle use.

• Approve and monitor route, delivery window and service changes to balance customer needs with cost and capacity.
