Flooring & Tile Design Ltd is an Auckland-based flooring and tiling company with over 10 years of industry experience. We specialise in the supply and installation of flooring and tiling solutions for residential and commercial projects throughout Auckland.

We are currently seeking an experienced Flooring and Tiling Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install floor and wall tiles to a high standard
• Install SPC flooring, laminate flooring and engineered timber flooring
• Prepare subfloors and wall surfaces for installation
• Carry out floor levelling and surface preparation
• Assist with waterproofing preparation works
• Read plans and follow installation specifications
• Load, unload and transport materials and tools
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years of relevant flooring and/or tiling installation experience
• Good understanding of flooring and tiling installation methods
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Full New Zealand Driver Licence preferred

Employment Conditions

• Full-time permanent position
• Minimum guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Auckland-based role
• Hourly rate: $35.00 per hour
• Overtime may be available depending on workload
