What you’ll do

• Create, optimise and deliver digital content that improves our website and customer experience.
• Drive SEO performance and support digital growth across Tower platforms.
• Deliver content that works for our customers and our business.Work closely with marketing, SEO partners and digital squads to bring ideas to life
• Use data, insights and testing to improve performance and customer outcomes

What success looks like

• You’ll deliver website content and digital experiences that supports campaigns and growth
• You’ll work closely with marketing, SEO partners and squads to improve contentperformance
• You’ll keep content sharp, accurate and compliant across our digital channels.
• You’ll use data and testing to continuously improve customer journeys, UX, and website performance
• You’ll keep raising the bar, and help others to do the same.

What you’ll bring

• Five+ years experience in a content manager role in a medium to large organisation.
• Strong experience writing both long-form and short-form digital content.
• Solid digital content expertise acrossCMS, SEO, analytics, and web copywriting.
• Good understanding of web structure and governance, and content bets practice.
• Confidence working with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI, developers and marketers.
• Clear communication, strong organisation and great attention to detail.A proactive mindset and a drive to keep improving.
