We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our high-performing and collaborative Talent Acquisition team.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will own a broad operational portfolio, partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver high-impact recruitment outcomes across business-critical roles.
Operating in a unionised environment, you’ll bring confidence navigating both Individual Employment Agreements (IEAs) and Collective Agreements, ensuring compliance while balancing commercial and operational needs.
Like all great TA roles, no two days are the same, but you will:
- Partner with leaders to provide expert, commercially focused recruitment advice
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse and operationally complex portfolio
- Proactively source and build pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
- Strengthen our employment brand and market presence
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, IEAs and Collective Agreements
- Identify and implement process and system improvements to drive efficiency and quality

We’re looking for a high-performing Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes.
You are confident partnering at all levels, bringing strong judgement, influencing skills, and a proactive approach to solving complex recruitment challenges.
You Will Bring
- Proven internal recruitment experience within a complex, multi-disciplinary organisation
- Demonstrated success managing an operational portfolio, including high-volume and business-critical hiring
- Experience working within unionised environments, including IEAs and Collective Agreements
- Strength in proactive sourcing, talent pipelining, and market engagement
- The ability to influence and challenge stakeholders to achieve the best hiring outcomes
- A highly organised, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
