Harmony Auto is an international dealer group focusing on high-end and luxury automobiles. Since reaching a global strategic cooperation with BYD in 2023, we have been responsible for the construction and operation of multiple overseas market channels for its brands.
Due to the business development needs of Denza in New Zealand, "denza partners" are officially recruited to join in-store operations and jointly start the brand's development chapter in new markets.
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role requires a passion for automotive technology, especially electric vehicles, and a drive to provide outstanding customer service. As a Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in educating and guiding customers through their purchase journey, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with customers on the showroom floor, providing in-depth information and demonstrations of our electric vehicle range.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers, following up on leads to drive sales.
- Understand customers’ needs and budget to recommend suitable vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Stay updated on new models and industry trends to enrich customer interactions.
- Guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to purchase, including test drives and CRM documentation.
- Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Meet individual and team sales targets, actively participating in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Assist with marketing activities, promotions, and product launches.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery, providing a detailed orientation on operation and maintenance.
- Keep the showroom organized, collaborate with finance and service departments, and share customer insights with the team.
- Contribute to achieving team goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic and customer-focused approach.
- Other ad hoc tasks related to sales.
About You
- Current Drivers Licence and a good driving record
- Proven experience in car sales is ideal, but if you have the passion and willingness to learn, we will support you in becoming an expert in your field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic about technology and sustainable solutions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. We operate on a 5-days work week.
