We are seeking a warm and friendly Centre Administrator who is strongly aligned with our core values of safe, loved and learning, to join our wonderful centre. This role requires strong administrative skills, a friendly and professional manner, and a passion for supporting a nurturing learning environment.

The position

  • Permanent, full time (40 hours per week)

  • Caring for a variety of administrative responsibilities

  • Supporting Teachers in classrooms during lunch breaks

  • NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is a prerequisite

  • Kindercare police vet all employees

About you

You’re an experienced Administrator who has:

  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • A heart for children and families, and building relationships

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and cultures – internally and externally

  • A sound understanding of various computer applications

  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
