Contract Administrator

We are looking for an Contract administrator to look after the existing contracts and secure new ones. This is a full time permanent role with a minimum salary of 30$ per hour and a maximum salary of $32 per hour. The employment is for a minimum of 30 hours and a maximum of 40 hours

We are looking for a contract administrator with 1-2 years work experience and/or a level 4 tertiary qualification as we are growing our team for our Cleaning business.

To be successful in the role, you would need to be:

1) Meeting new clients to develop contracts and regular contact with existing clients to review and up to date variation requests.

2) Review and negotiate contracts with our clients and follow documentation as per company guidelines.

3) Resolve customer issues/complaints related to our contracts, team or services

4) Work with the team to ensure we meet our targets

5) Provide regular pipeline and contract reports to the management team

6) Collect feedback from the customers and share with team for service improvement

7) Work with team in distributing work
