Our Auckland team is looking for Employment Consultant who strive to help people flourish and achieve vocational independence. The role can be based anywhere across Auckland, offering flexibility in location.

Main Responsibilities

• Source employment vacancies via face-to-face employer visits and online
• Prepare clients for job interviews
• Job applications
• Problem solves with a client about barriers to work
• Support clients once placed into work

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience providing career guidance and employment support, ideally with MSD clients.
• Confidence with employer outreach and cold calling.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Established employer networks and the ability to connect clients with work experience and employment opportunities.
