Technical & Administration Support

Heartland Technology Limited is a trusted technology services provider. We're a hands-on team that takes pride in delivering great service to our customers, and are looking for a reliable, organised person to join our team in a varied support role at the heart of our operations.

The Role

This is a busy, practical role that blends technical support with administration and warehouse duties. No two days are exactly the same, you'll be helping prepare and set up equipment, managing stock and consumables, coordinating freight, and supporting our service team with a wide range of tasks to keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

· Unboxing, assembling, and setting up printers and screens

· Refurbishing second-hand equipment for redeployment

· Assisting with installation and relocation projects on-site and in-house

· Managing toner and consumables inventory, including stocktakes and ordering

· Arranging courier and freight for parts, consumables, and equipment

· Receiving deliveries and checking goods against purchase orders

· Supporting the service team with job logging, meter readings, and admin tasks

· Maintaining a tidy and organised showroom, warehouse, and workshop

· Driving between branches to transport stock as needed

What We're Looking For

· A full New Zealand driver's licence (essential)

· A practical, can-do attitude with good attention to detail

· Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks

· Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

· Basic computer skills; experience with stock or service systems a bonus

· A tidy, professional approach to your work and the workplace
