About the role

We're looking for a motivated Digital Change Analyst who is eager to develop their skillset further. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly experienced team, gain hands-on exposure, and develop your career in change practice.

Working closely with a team of Digital Change Managers, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of digital change initiatives across the airport, with a strong focus on learning materials, documentation, and user readiness.

This role is ideal for someone at an intermediate stage in their change career who brings a positive attitude, aptitude for learning, and ambition to grow. We need someone to support the change managers with analysis, creation of materials and delivery of communication. It will be a varied role with the chance to learn from experienced change managers and develop the skills to become a change manager. It's a fabulous opportunity for someone with the right skills and potential.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Support the Change Managers across project activities and deliverables
  • Plan, create, and deliver communications, engagement, and training materials
  • Assess training needs and creating training plans
  • Take a hands-on role in facilitation/delivery of training
  • Develop and maintain learning documentation such as quick reference guides (quick cards) and user support content
  • Assist with stakeholder engagement and communication activities Work within a documentation-heavy environment, ensuring clarity and quality

What you'll bring to the role

To ensure your success in this role, you will need:

  • Experience creating clear and engaging training materials (print and digital)
  • Ability to analyse, plan, and facilitate workshops and training sessions
  • Exposure to change-related work (change, training, or communications)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into simple, user-friendly insights
  • A genuine ambition to develop into a Change Manager
  • Ability to understand and assess people and project impacts
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • A customer-centric mindset, with confidence to advocate for user needs
  • Initiative and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments
  • A purpose-led, values-driven approach to work
