town!

In this role, you’ll be the glue that helps connect the dots across our projects in Southern Lakes while being part of the National Health, Safety, Sustainability and Quality team. The role includes rolling out initiatives, championing continuous improvement, and building great relationships across the business. We are looking for an approach that brings energy, initiative, and a passion for people and doing things better ev

- sibilities:Support the rollout of national HSSQ initiatives and projects across t
- he business.Build strong, positive relationships with site teams, project managers, and su
- pport staff.Promote and encourage a strong, engaged HSSQ culture where people feel empowered to speak up and lead
- by example.Complete audits, site observations, and assist in the development of practical tools and resources to support
- HSSQ goals.Help communicate key messages, success stories, and updates around health, safety, sustainability,
- and quality.Contribute ideas and energy to continuous improvement efforts across all ar
- eas of HSSQ.Support training, events, and initiatives that make HSSQ accessible, practical, and part of everyda
- y site life.Be an active voice for positive change - bringing fresh thinking and a solutions-focused mindset
to the team.
