Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

About The Role

Join the Digital Customer Experience team of one of New Zealand's largest retail brands to deliver a group-wide CRM transformation. You will ensure platform scalability, maintain high-uptime production environments, and integrate digital agent service experiences into a brand-new e-commerce platform.

Duties

• Lead the configuration, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of the CRM suite.
• Integrate digital agent service products into the core web and e-commerce experience.
• Drive the evolution of high-quality Salesforce Service Cloud platforms to empower customer teams.
• Support production environments, maintain system uptime, and onboard new rewards partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, product managers, and architectural stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

• Hands-on development expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven capability implementing custom code, automation tools, and REST API integrations.
• Experience with data structures, ingestion, and processing frameworks.
• Technical background in .NET, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines is highly advantageous.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills within fast-paced Agile environments.
