What You’ll Be Doing
As an Insurance Specialist Provide support to client facing Brokers in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient and timely production of all policy and related documentation in a timely manner.

We will count on you to
- Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of such things as invoicing, quotations, calculations, complex and confidential documentation, etc.
- Ensure timely and accurate production of reports
- Manage and prioritize own workload to meet individual SLA, KPI and Quality targets.
- Processing of complex transactions and resolution of escalated matters within SLA
- Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation
- Adhere strictly to the Company's Quality practices and other systems and procedures
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for improvement within operational processes and work with colleagues and Operations Services Team Leaders to deliver improvements
What You Will Bring
- University degree desirable
- 1-2 years administration experience desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) - Outlook, Word and Excel
- A good understanding of excel is a definite advantage
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Eagerness to learn
- Team player with a great sense of humour!
