Position Overview

Cloudastructure is a leading cloud based AI surveillance company that is scaling and seeking a passionate sales director to help sell our sophisticated AI surveillance solutions to commercial real estate industries including multi-family, offices, shopping centers, etc. The Sales Director will be an individual contributor that is part of a winning team helping to drive revenue for the company.

This role is at the heart of our organization and will be a key part of the company’s success. For the right candidate this will be a major growth opportunity with opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing net-new customers within assigned territories or vertical markets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, referrals, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Conduct consultative discovery to understand client security, operational, or business challenges and position tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of Cloudastructure and ROI.
  • Develop strategic account plans to penetrate target accounts and expand opportunities within existing clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and customer success teams within Cloudastructure to ensure successful deal execution and client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking within Hubspot.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas while maintaining strong margins and deal quality.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to effectively position the company’s solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand presence and generate leads.
  • Provide feedback to leadership and product teams based on customer insights to support product innovation and market positioning.

Qualifications

  • 4 + years technology sales experience in a revenue closing role with proven attainment
  • Experience selling Saas models
  • B2B and B2G sales experience
  • Technical understanding of enterprise network and security architecture a plus
  • Experience working with Hubspot or similar
  • Familiarity with AI Surveillance landscape is preferred
  • Experience in commercial real estate and/or multifamily is preferred
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Positive mental attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • College degree
