To help us with this, we are searching for Customer Care Consultants to join our Contact Centre Team, based in Invercargill. There are three part-time roles with specific hours required, keep reading!
What you'll be busy with
- growing and retaining our member base by delivering personalised customer experiences
- being one of the helpful, friendly voices of the Bank on the phone, welcoming our customers and actioning their requests quickly and efficiently
- providing amazing financial advice, connecting our customers' financial needs with the right products and services
- being a tech guru for customers and helping them transition to and utilise digitial tools
What you'll bring
- passion for helping Kiwis achieve their financial goals and providing an exceptional level of service
- previous customer service experience
- a willingness to learn new digital tools, and ideally a good understanding of Microsoft 365 Office tools
- well-developed numeracy and literacy skills
- a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Part-time hours of work
Role 1 - 15 hours per week, worked 9am to 12pm, Monday to Friday, both days inclusive.
Role 2 - 16.5 hours per week, worked 8.45am to 2.45pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Role 3 - 16 hours per week, worked 4pm to 8pm, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
These roles are ideal for candidates seeking consistent part-time hours that align with school schedules or evening availability.
