The opportunity
As the Web Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing our accomplished team of developers, implementing our web strategy/project plan and ensuring a high standard of user experience across our online experiences including our intranet and digital workspace applications.
You will work collaboratively with the team and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our websites are up to date and provide advice, training, and support to website content creators. Using strong problem-solving skills and incorporating user feedback, you will lead the team to continuously improve our services.
Ideally you will have
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams, inspiring them to deliver high-quality solutions focused on the user experience.
- The ability to develop a team environment in which team members are empowered to perform at their best.
- Ability to maintain a broad perspective and align team goals with the organisational strategic objectives. Skilled at providing advice on the best methods for online engagement and presentation of content.
- The ability to convey goals, expectations and feedback to team members and other members of the organisation clearly and effectively.
- Possess a strong customer focus and passion for delivering high-quality online experiences which meet the needs and expectations of our users.

Salary range: $103,211 - $121,425
