About The Role

As a Recruitment Portfolio Lead, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting hiring managers to attract and hire great people while ensuring compliance with safeguarding, vetting, immigration, and audit requirements.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across your portfolio
  • Providing advice and support to hiring managers
  • Coordinating employment documentation and onboarding processes
  • Managing Police Vetting, Ministry of Justice checks, and other compliance activities
  • Supporting talent attraction initiatives and employer branding
  • Providing guidance on recruitment systems and best practice

About You

You’ll bring:

  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a busy, high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance and screening processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • A continuous improvement mindset

This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hrs per week).

The starting salary for this role will fall between $70,000 and $75,000 per annum.
