About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Trades Assistant to join our team at Skyline Rotorua. In this varied role, you’ll carry out a wide range of day-to-day maintenance tasks and assist our on-site Builder with a variety of project work across the site.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position, worked Monday to Friday.

The perfect candidate will be

• Highly experienced in general maintenance or building tasks, including concreting, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Confident using tools, equipment, and materials common to building and maintenance work.
• A practical problem-solver with the ability to work independently when needed.
• A strong communicator who works well in a team environment.
• Physically fit and able to safely perform manual tasks.
• Holder of a full NZ Driver’s License.
