Being the first point of contact for our customers, you’re the face of the Mainfreight Transport Whangarei family. You’re the sort of person that when you meet someone who doesn't have a smile, you give them one of yours!

Working within a team environment, the successful applicant will need to be a totally committed individual with a strong work ethic.

Primary duties include but not limited to

  • Daily Stocktake
  • Data entry and report filing
  • Respond to internal & external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
  • Depot searches and advising customers of any delivery delays and issues
  • Support for the team and ensuring a balance of workload
  • Tracking key customers freight to ensure meeting delivery times
  • A general bit of everything at times
  • Assisting with walk in customers

To be considered for this positon you must be a New Zealand citizen or resident and you will need to pass a Pre-Employment Background Check and Drug and Alcohol Test.
