This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager who is motivated to make a real impact by supporting local businesses, delivering tailored lending solutions, and helping Kiwi thrive.

As a Commercial Manager working within our Business Advisor channel, you will play a pivotal role in delivering timely, high quality credit decisions across home loans, personal lending, and business and commercial applications. Using your delegated lending authority, you will partner closely with Business Advisors and internal stakeholders to structure practical, sustainable lending solutions that support customer growth and ongoing success.

Your sound judgement, strong credit capability, and ability to guide and support lending applications will help manage expectations and maintain a consistent flow of quality lending outcomes for Kiwibank. You will be trusted to balance risk and opportunity while building credible, long term relationships across the business.

You will thrive in a fast paced environment, approaching challenges with composure and efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on quality, customer outcomes, and collaboration.
