What You'll Do

• Design, solve, and review advanced, multi-disciplinary problems with real-world relevance that challenge and sharpen AI reasoning
• Apply your domain expertise to craft complex problem statements that push AI models to their limits
• Evaluate AI-generated solutions for academic rigor, logical soundness, and technical accuracy
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to drive measurable improvements in model performance
• Ensure depth, clarity, and intellectual integrity across every deliverable you produce

Who You Are

• Holder of a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top university
• Experienced researcher with a strong track record — publications, complex projects, or advanced technical work
• Exceptionally clear communicator, both in writing and reasoning
• Naturally detail-oriented with a rigorous, methodical approach to complex problems
• Self-directed and reliable when working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
• Fluent in English and based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or data quality workflows
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
• Familiarity with AI model development, benchmarking, or prompt design
• Background spanning multiple technical disciplines — cross-domain thinkers are especially valued
