What You'll Do

  • Design rigorous, advanced chemistry problems to test and challenge AI models across domains such as organic chemistry, biochemistry, and chemical engineering
  • Develop clear, step-by-step solution methodologies with well-structured logical reasoning
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
  • Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback that directly improves AI performance

Who You Are

  • Pursuing or holding a Master's degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
  • Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to scientific rigor and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
  • No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
  • Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows
  • Background in multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
