Te tūranga | The role

As a Commercial Associate you will be part of a specialist Commercial banking relationship team. You'll deliver exceptional customer service over the phone to new and existing customers while also proactively looking for solutions to meet customer needs with ASB products and services. Working in a close-knit team, you'll also provide operational and administrative support to the Commercial Managers and wider team.

We have two permanant positions based at ASB's Regional Centre in Sylvia Park.

Your friendly, can-do attitude, superb organisational skills and engaging phone manner will help you build strong relationships with everyone you come in contact with. You have a passion for delivering a positive experience for our customers, you will need to have a flair for admin coupled with exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, and MS Office capability to ensure your success.
