About the Role

• This is an enterprise-scale environment within a highly regulated sector, with a strong focus on delivering long-term customer and operational value.
• We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong technical background in complex software, digital front end and mobile product delivery. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements, while supporting the successful implementation of complex digital and mobile solutions.
• This role would suit someone who is confident operating in large enterprise environments, can navigate ambiguity, and has a sound understanding of how to bring structure to complex requirements and delivery challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements across complex software and mobile product initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders across business, product, technology, and delivery teams.
• Support the implementation of mobile and digital product solutions across an enterprise environment.
• Develop clear documentation, process flows, user stories, and supporting delivery artefacts.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and support solution validation.
• Help translate business needs into practical outcomes for technology delivery teams.
• Support delivery teams through implementation, testing, and release activities.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise-scale technology environments.
• Strong background working on complex software and mobile product initiatives.
• Experience gathering and managing requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to work across business and technical teams to support successful delivery outcomes.
• Comfortable working in complex, regulated environments.
• Experience with AI tooling would be highly regarded.
• Financial services or insurance sector experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
