This is a chance to lead complex and meaningful change at the heart of Treasury. You will own end to end business analysis for liquidity initiatives, from discovery through to delivery and transition into business as usual. Working closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Regulatory Change and Data teams, you will translate regulatory, business, technical and data needs into clear, traceable solutions. You will support interpretation of RBNZ liquidity standards, uplift the quality and consistency of liquidity data, and help deliver compliant, sustainable outcomes that strengthen how Kiwibank manages risk and growth.

For this role we’re looking for a senior business analyst who can confidently lead complex work, influence at senior levels, and turn ambiguity into clear, deliverable outcomes. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Proficient in financial services, ideally Treasury, liquidity, regulatory change or financial risk
• Proven ability to lead end to end business analysis across complex change programmes
• Experienced translating regulatory, business, technical and data requirements into clear outcomes
• Confident applying business analysis techniques in complex and evolving environments
• Strong facilitation, analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Experienced influencing senior stakeholders and delivery partners
