This role is an opportunity to work on meaningful, complex change that directly supports Treasury’s liquidity management objectives. You will support end to end business analysis for liquidity initiatives, from discovery and problem definition through to design, testing and transition to business as usual. Working closely with Treasury, Finance, Financial Risk, Regulatory Change and Data Transformation teams, you will translate regulatory, business, technical, data and operational requirements into clear, traceable solutions. Your work will help ensure changes are compliant, sustainable and data driven, while contributing to trusted liquidity data and strong delivery outcomes across the bank.

For this role we’re looking for a curious, delivery focused Business Analyst who enjoys working through complexity and partnering closely with stakeholders. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

  • Proven business analysis capability across discovery, process analysis and requirements documentation
  • Experienced in translating business, regulatory, technical and data requirements into clear outcomes
  • Strong planning, prioritisation and delivery discipline in project or change environments
  • Experienced in data analysis, including critical data elements, data quality and lineage
  • Strong facilitation, analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication
