Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Governance

  • Own the overall program delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of the Billing & CRM transformation program
  • Establish and manage program governance structures, including steering committees, executive reporting, and RAID forums
  • Define and track program milestones, deliverables, KPIs, and benefits realization
  • Drive integrated program planning across billing, CRM, data, integration, testing, and migration workstreams

Delivery & Execution Management

  • Lead TCS delivery teams across:
    • Billing platform implementation
    • CRM transformation
    • System integration and data migration
    • Testing (SIT/UAT) and release management
  • Coordinate with billing product partnerss (e.g., SaaS/platform providers) and ensure alignment with contractual deliverables
  • Manage end-to-end delivery dependencies across technology, business, and operational readiness
  • Ensure adherence to Agile/Hybrid delivery models, DevOps practices, and quality assurance frameworks

Multi-Partner Coordination

  • Act as the single point of orchestration across:
    • TCS internal workstreams
    • Billing & CRM platform partner
    • Client business and IT stakeholders
  • Manage program performance, SLAs, and deliverables against agreed milestones
  • Drive conflict resolution and dependency management across multiple parties
