Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Governance
- Own the overall program delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of the Billing & CRM transformation program
- Establish and manage program governance structures, including steering committees, executive reporting, and RAID forums
- Define and track program milestones, deliverables, KPIs, and benefits realization
- Drive integrated program planning across billing, CRM, data, integration, testing, and migration workstreams
Delivery & Execution Management
- Lead TCS delivery teams across:
- Billing platform implementation
- CRM transformation
- System integration and data migration
- Testing (SIT/UAT) and release management
- Coordinate with billing product partnerss (e.g., SaaS/platform providers) and ensure alignment with contractual deliverables
- Manage end-to-end delivery dependencies across technology, business, and operational readiness
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Hybrid delivery models, DevOps practices, and quality assurance frameworks
Multi-Partner Coordination
- Act as the single point of orchestration across:
- TCS internal workstreams
- Billing & CRM platform partner
- Client business and IT stakeholders
- Manage program performance, SLAs, and deliverables against agreed milestones
- Drive conflict resolution and dependency management across multiple parties
