The Opportunity

Join OneRoof as a Sales Coordinator and play a pivotal role supporting our sales team and clients to deliver exceptional advertising campaigns. This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role where no two days are the same—one moment you’re resolving client queries, the next you’re coordinating campaign delivery behind the scenes.

As part of the wider OneRoof Operations team (both in NZ and offshore), you’ll be at the heart of ensuring campaigns run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and clients receive a high-quality experience every time. How You’ll Do It

  • Manage incoming queries via email and ticketing, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, resolving issues or escalating where needed
  • Coordinate advertising bookings, campaign set-up, reporting, and updates
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively flag any issues
  • Resolve billing and credit queries efficiently and accurately
  • Work across multiple systems (including HubSpot), maintaining strong data accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with both onshore and offshore teams to deliver great outcomes
  • Manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail

About You

You’re someone who loves admin, takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being the go-to person for getting things done.

You Are

  • Systems-savvy and confident using multiple platforms including Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or similar software
  • Strong problem-solver who can think on your feet
  • Highly organised with excellent time management
  • Clear and professional communicator
  • Proactive, reliable, and follows tasks through to completion
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally
  • Customer-focused with a strong sense of ownership
