We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the team, responsible for the development and delivery of integrated marketing communications to drive better customer outcomes and a strong return on marketing investment.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Auckland. This is a hybrid position with three days in the office and two days where you can work flexibly.
What are the day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
- Understanding the behaviors, journeys and channels of key audiences to design, develop & deliver marketing communications programmes .
- Managing programmes of work across paid and direct channels, working closely with agency partners from briefing and planning through to go-live and optimisation.
- Working as part of a high performance team, leaning into creativity and challenges - proactively identifying opportunities and experimentation.
- Develop strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders to turn business priorities into clear marketing plans, messaging and customer-facing activity.
- Social and content initiatives demonstrating an understanding of key audiences and designing and delivering communications for engagement.
- Utilising data, measurement and the optimisation of activity for continuous improvement and strengthen ROMI results.

You will also have:
- 5+ years’ experience in Marketing and Communications.
- A motivated self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively as part of team and autonomously.
- Proven project and campaign management experience, specifically in the project delivery and stakeholder management of campaign initiatives to market.
- Experience working with external creative, media, and event agencies and suppliers to deliver integrated and effective marketing communications.
- Experience in financial services / fintech preferable.
