About the role
We are looking for a Change & Systems Trainer to join our award-winning People & Culture team. This new role will work closely with the Change & Capability Lead to support the rollout and adoption of systems, digital tools, and process improvements across the firm.
You will:
- Deliver practical, role-relevant training across systems and core processes
- Support change initiatives by reinforcing new ways of working
- Provide hands-on support to teams during and after system rollouts
- Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly training materials (guides, videos, e-learning)
- Work with practice groups to understand needs and tailor training
- Support onboarding and core firm training programmes
- Identify gaps in adoption and contribute to improving systems and processes
This is a hands-on role focused on making change stick, translating initiatives into real capability uplift across the firm. Travel may be required at times to deliver in-person training.
What you will bring
You’ll be someone who enjoys working at the intersection of people, systems, and improvement.
You will have:
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in training or learning & development
- Experience delivering training on systems, tools, or processes
- Confidence learning new systems and supporting others to use them effectively
- Experience creating training materials (guides, e-learning, etc.)
- Exposure to change initiatives or system rollouts (preferred)
- A practical, solutions-focused communication style and strong attention to detail
